Flinders Island trek 2026

Saturday 17th Jan
After a tough 2025 for myself and my family, it is time to reset and process.
Part of my motivation for this trip is to have a fitness goal to support my own physical and mental health.
Another component is keeping in mind the challenges for my nearest and dearest who live their best lives dispite having MS. 
We have lost one family member to this debilitating condition and she will be remembered with love.
Follow my journey as we all have challenges, some more than others 💜
