Bite Into Hope: A Community Fundraiser to Help End MS

There’s something special about a community coming together — especially when it’s fuelled by good food, great coffee, and an even greater cause. That’s exactly what’s happening on Sunday, 25 May 2025, at Bridges Reserve, Bell Street, Coburg.

The Salsiccia Brothers joined by Mr Zepple, Hashtag coffee, Atisian bakery, Elios Panini and coffee, Cakes by Laura, forza charms and plenty more are proud to host a vibrant fundraising event packed with flavour, heart, and purpose — all in support of those living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

From 12pm to 4pm, the reserve will come alive with the aromas of sizzling street food, freshly brewed coffee, and the energy of local businesses, entertainers, and families uniting for a shared mission: to raise critical funds and awareness for MS research and support services.

Expect an incredible line-up of food trucks, coffee carts, and beloved local businesses offering everything from tasty treats to handmade goods. Whether you’re after a cheeky bite or a thoughtful gift, every purchase you make will help fuel the fight against MS.

We’ll also have live entertainment, music, and activities to keep the good vibes rolling all afternoon — making this the perfect day out for families, friends, and anyone who loves to support a meaningful cause.

Why MS?

Multiple Sclerosis affects thousands of Australians and their families every day. With your help, we can contribute to ongoing research, support services, and — most importantly — hope for a cure.

A percentage of the money made by all vendors will go directly to supporting the MS community.

So come hungry, come generous, and come ready to make a difference. Let’s turn sausages into support, coffees into contributions, and bites into a better future for those living with MS.

Together, we can Bite Into Hope — and help end MS.

We show our respect and acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples who are the traditional custodians of this land. We pay respects to their Elders past and present.
