Recently, one of my close friends was diagnosed with MS. Prior to this, I was completely unaware of the impact and effect it can have. Consequently, I've set myself a personal challenge which I am using to fundraise for MS. I am planning to run the Kosi50, a 51 kilometre ultramarathon. This the first running race I have personally entered.
