Please help me to be Limitless For MS!
My name is Sophie Maree Pryor.
I am from the small town of Wollongong, which is about an hour outside of Sydney, Australia. I am currently 23 years old and have a HUGE passion for running and all things fitness.
My story is unlike others as in June of 2020 at the age of 18 I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.
NEVER have I let my health stop me from achieving my goals, instead I use my health as a reason to keep going and to keep pushing the limits. After completing my first Half Marathon in November and another in April with a SUB 2hour finish!!! I decided In July of this year to complete my first ever MARATHON, Marathon day came around and I was hit with the Flu! Determined me decided to still run however I didn’t run as well as I knew I could so, I’m out for redemption! November 2025 IM GOING FOR ROUND 2!!!!
For my run in November I have decided to run for those with MS who are unable to do so themselves and I would love your support!!!
MS is the most common disease of the central nervous system - currently there is no cure.
It's quite staggering to think that multiple sclerosis affects more young people than any other neurological condition, with the average age of diagnosis just 30 years old. Every case of multiple sclerosis is unique - the symptoms, severity and progress of the disease are different for everyone.
